Aboyne Golf Club supports the Government's Fair Work guidance  and ensures that employees are paid accordingly:  full time staff members are paid at least the Real Living Wage;  temporary part time workers are paid at least the  Statutory Minimum Wage.  With fewer than 21 employees effective individual voice is ensured for all staff and temporary employees.
