Open Competitions 2020

An Archie Simpson and Martin Hawtree inspired course, Aboyne is the oldest club on Royal Deeside and is renowned as one of the most beautiful golfing venues in Scotland. The long-established course has won many plaudits as one of the best maintained, varied and challenging inland courses comprising 6,000 yards of impeccable fairways and faultless greens - a golfers haven. Aboyne - the understated jewel in the Aberdeenshire golfing crown.

Aboyne Golf Club welcomes the announcement today from Scottish Golf (SG) notifying clubs of the approval to hold Open competitions.  Our revised programme for the remainder of the 2020 season is:-

Sun 13Sep - Junior Open
Sun 20Sep - Open Mixed Greensomes
Thu 24Sep - Ladies 3-Ball Team Open 
Sat 26Sep - Men's Open
Sun 11Oct - Any combination Texas Scramble Open   
Sat 17Oct - Men's Team Texas Scramble Open   

Our open competitions are always very popular so book early to avoid disappointment. FEES PAYABLE ON ENTRY and you need to have a current CONGU handicap.  To enter online Click HERE
