The Club Pro: Steve Moir

Formally the director of golf at Letham Grange in Angus, Steven Moir, Aboyne Golf Clubs PGA Professional, joined Aboyne Golf Club in 2002 where he has established himself as one of the areas most popular coaches.

Steven began his golfing career early, at the age of 4 he was playing golf with his father around Forfar and by the age of 20 he was a full PGA professional, one of the youngest PGA pro's in the country.

As a Challenge Tour player and regular member of the Tartan Tour, Steven has played all over the world and with some of the most talented golfers of his generation giving him a wealth of experience which he not only brings to his own game but also to his coaching methods.

Steven regularly attends coaching seminars and keeps up to date with the latest teaching methods and is constantly working to improve his own game. He is happy to work with golfers of all ages and abilities enabling them to get the best from their own game.
